I’ve always been passionate about the magic of birth. I started as a doula and now work as an LDRP (labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum) nurse, nurse educator, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) instructor. Supporting mamas as they bring their babies Earthside is truly the best job.

This is the information I am thankful I had when I gave birth.

When I gave birth to my first child, I had already been a labor and delivery nurse for years. I had these tools and this knowledge. I came in with a solid plan and coping mechanisms. But my body humbled me.
